Portable Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester – QHR-S-Series is a compact device that operates with a low test force. Based on the Rockwell hardness testing principle, it provides accurate and dependable results. This tester is ideal for assessing thin and small components, such as tinplate, thin steel sheets, copper strips, aluminum strips, and small stamped parts. Additionally, it can effectively measure the hardness of thin carburizing layers.

Non-destructive Testing. The small indentation left by this tester has minimal impact on most components, allowing it to be classified as non-destructive testing.

Compact and Lightweight. The main Rockwell hardness tester available weighs as little as 0.7 kg, making it versatile for use. It can be easily placed on a desk or taken to workshop sites for on-the-go testing.

International Standards. The tester provides precise results comparable to desktop models, meeting the standards set by ISO 6508, ASTM E18, and ASTM E110.
