QualiMag™ Auto-RB Magnetic Automatic Portable Rockwell and Brinell Hardness Tester
The QualiMag™ Auto-RB Automatic Magnetic Brinell & Rockwell Hardness tester follows the conventional Brinell & Rockwell hardness testing method, similar to benchtop hardness testers, ensuring test accuracy and adherence to ASTM E10, ASTM E18, ASTM E110; ISO6506, and ISO6508 standards. Fixed securely with a magnetic base, it accommodates large steel workpieces.
For Rockwell testing, a single key operation yields accurate and reliable results, while for Brinell, it executes high-quality test force loading, generating Brinell indentations. Brinell hardness values are obtained through a 40X microscope or the Automatic Brinell indentation measurement system.
Designed for various steel test pieces such as pipes, bars, and steel plates, it's suitable for large castings, forgings, shafts, molds, and other heat-treated parts. It's also ideal for on-site hardness testing of installed pipelines, offering an alternative to Leeb hardness testers.
Compact in design, the QualiMag™ Auto-RB is smaller and lighter compared to the QualiMag™ D Series Digital Magnetic Hardness Tester. Its magnetic switch enables easy fixation onto workpieces, automating test force loading, maintenance, and unloading, saving time and ensuring stability.
Utilizing high-accuracy force transducers and advanced closed-loop motor loading technology, it guarantees precise and consistent test force values. With a rechargeable lithium-ion battery, it's suitable for continuous multi-shift production and multi-day on-site testing.
The OLED display provides real-time test force values and procedure status, facilitating operator monitoring. Additionally, lighting above the indenter aids in test position selection and observation.
