Vision Measuring Machine (VMM) results get more consistent when focus, lighting, and motion repeat the same way every time. QualiVMM™ Semi Auto Series is a semi-automated, motorized Vision Measuring Machine built on a granite base and column, designed for accurate 2D and 2.5D measurement with automatic Z-axis focusing. Program-controlled multi-zone LED illumination and iMeasuring software help standardize inspection routines across operators and shifts.

This platform supports multiple travel sizes and can be expanded with optional contact probing and 3D software when you need more than vision-only measurement. The motion system uses precision components intended to reduce table return error and maintain stable positioning during measurements. A configurable lighting package helps improve edge contrast on reflective metals, mixed finishes, and low-contrast parts.
