Profile Projector (also called an Optical Comparator) magnifies a part’s profile and projects it onto a screen for fast, non-contact 2D measurement. QualiPP™ H412 is a horizontal Optical Comparator designed for shop-floor and inspection-room checks of edges, radii, angles, threads, and form features using a large projection screen, adjustable LED illumination, and Multifunction Digital Readout – QualiDigi™ Readout 400.

This Profile Projector supports repeatable measurement routines for QC and incoming inspection, especially when parts are small, delicate, or difficult to measure with contact tools. The platform combines stable lifting motion, high-resolution optics, and built-in cooling to support consistent performance in daily use.

QualiPP™ H412 is a Ø412 mm digital horizontal Profile Projector / Optical Comparator that projects a sharp, high-contrast silhouette for fast dimensional checks.
