Digital Vertical Profile Projector (Optical Comparator) – QualiPP™ V400 Series

Digital Vertical Profile Projector (Optical Comparator) – QualiPP™ V400 Series

Profile Projector (also called an Optical Comparator) is a non-contact measuring system that projects a magnified silhouette of a part onto a screen, so you can measure profiles, radii, angles, distances, and feature locations quickly and consistently. QualiPP™ V400 Series is built around a Ø400 mm projection screen, stable vertical lifting, and a Multifunction Digital Readout – QualiDigi™ Readout 400 digital readout for fast 2D measurement in production QC and metrology labs.

Designed for repeatable inspection, the system combines high-resolution optics, adjustable contour and surface illumination, and a robust cooling design to support long duty cycles. The platform is well-suited for routine dimensional checks, incoming inspection, and final verification when optical clarity and fast measurement matter.
