Zero Distance Package Drop Tester Qualista™ ZDT300
Zero Distance Package Drop Tester Qualista™ ZDT300 is primarily used to evaluate the effects of actual transportation, including the loading and unloading process, on packages. It assesses the impact strength and the rationality of the packaging design.
Test Method
The Zero distance drop tester features an “E” fork that can move down quickly. The goods being tested are balanced according to the test requirements (face, edge, angle test). During testing, the pallet moves down rapidly, separating from the specimen before the test package drops to the floor. Thanks to a high shock absorber, the “E” fork embeds into the floor. Theoretically, the zero distance drop tester can perform tests from zero height to the maximum drop height. The drop height is set according to test requirements, and the tester automatically performs the drop test at the set height. It uses a PLC programming man-machine interface for simple, convenient, and powerful control.
